Welsh Entrepreneur looks to turn Neverland Ranch into the next Disney
One of the Wales’s leading entrepreneurs is planning an audacious £25m bid for Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch.
Waste recycler and property developer James Norvill aged just 27, is confident that Neverland would be another profitable asset to his growing business empire.
James says “Having visited theme parks all my life I have always been a thrill seeker. Having read about the possible sale of the Neverland I have been in touch with a few business partners over a potential buyout.”
Mr Norvill managing director of GD Environmental Services is not shy of taking bold risks having recently creating a Skipcar out of a converted Subaru Impreza which packs a top speed of 140 mph. He hopes to take this thrilling outlook on life straight to the consumer making full use of the 2,800 acres and attract over 15 million attendees each year.
“I have always been someone who thinks outside the box. If I was to successfully purchase the Neverland Ranch I would create thrills that would surpass the Disney’s of this world. My ambition would be to create the world’s greatest theme park”
As reported earlier this week if Michael Jackson fails to pay debts of £12.5m ($25m) he will be forced to sell the ranch on auction on the 19th of March.
