With more than 14,000 visitors and 700 exhibitors, the 3 day event is being held on 15th – 17th September at The NEC, Birmingham. The show is the only event of its kind, asked for by the industry and is one of Europe’s leading events for resource efficiency and waste management, covering all aspects of the waste hierarchy.
The event is run in partnership with CIWM (Chartered Institute of Waste Management) and provides a platform for experts to exchange opinions about the topic of waste disposal and to obtain information on new products, services and solutions.
It has been one of GD’s long term ambitions to showcase its suite of ‘Total Waste Management’ services at Europe’s leading Resource Efficiency and Waste Management show. Of which wouldn’t be possible without the continued support provided by Welsh Government. A number of leaders from across the waste and recycling industry from across Wales have been selectively chosen to exhibit alongside them.
In 2014, GD Environmental expanded its drainage operations across Wales with the delivery of two specialist tankers which were purchased with aid from The Wales Economic Growth Fund. The tankers, which were purpose built are designed to be the best in the county and are capable of jetting an impressive 120 gallons of water per minute. Exhibiting at such a prominent event allows GD Environmental to showcase our state-of-the-art equipment, while promoting our drainage and tanker services.
